Find out what people actually want to pay for.

Gummymine reads Reddit so you don't have to. It finds complaints, requests, and gaps, then tells you who has the problem and whether they'd pay to solve it.

GummySearch died. Reddit killed their API.

Every tool that relied on Reddit's API got shut down overnight. Gummymine doesn't use the API. It browses Reddit through a real browser, the same way you would. Can't be revoked.

Give it a few topics you're interested in. It finds relevant subreddits, reads through posts, and extracts structured demand signals you can actually act on.

what topics are you interested in?

> B2B SaaS, lawn care businesses

found 14 subreddits. collecting...

extracted 38 signals from 45 posts.

9 high willingness to pay. here's what stood out:

Three stages. Fully automated.

1

Seed

Tell it what you're interested in. "B2B SaaS", "home automation", "freelance design". It discovers 3-8 active subreddits per topic by browsing Reddit directly.

2

Collect

Browses each subreddit, reads new posts and search results. Saves raw content and URLs to a local SQLite database. Everything stays on your machine.

3

Extract

Claude reads the raw posts and pulls out demand signals. Each one tagged with the pain, the audience, willingness to pay, and a link back to the source.

After extraction, it's conversational. Ask follow-up questions, filter by willingness to pay, export to CSV, drill into specific audiences.

What a signal looks like.

Not vibes. Structured data you can filter and act on.

signal Founders looking for affordable email automation with API access
pain Mailchimp is $50+/month and API limits are too restrictive for transactional email
audience bootstrapped SaaS founders with <1k users
willingness to pay high

What counts as a signal

  • Someone asking for a tool that doesn't exist yet
  • Complaints about existing tools being too expensive or limited
  • Manual workflows people want automated
  • Recommendations requests where no good answer exists
  • Reactions to shutdowns ("X just died, what do I use now?")

No API keys needed

Uses browser automation through claude-browser-bridge. No Reddit API, no rate limits, no risk of getting shut down.

Everything stays local

SQLite database on your machine. No cloud, no third-party services. Query it, export it, delete it whenever you want.

Conversational, not a dashboard

Ask Claude questions about the data. "What patterns do you see?" "Show me high willingness-to-pay signals." "Who needs this most?"

Traceable back to source

Every signal links back to the Reddit post it came from. Verify the context yourself before building anything.
